Open Face Chinese Poker gives you thirteen cards to split into back, middle and front rows; you score by winning rows and royalties, and setting one row out of order fouls the hand.
HOW A HAND RUNS
Read Every Row Before You Set
Open Face Chinese Poker is a 13-card poker variant played face up. Cards arrive one at a time, and you place each into a back row of five, a middle row of five or a front row of three. Everything is visible, so nothing hides from your opponent. Keep the back hand stronger than the middle and the middle stronger than the front.
Break that order and the hand fouls, wiping the points you built. Each row is then scored against the matching row opposite, which makes a full scoop the real prize.

Row Order
Back five must beat middle five, middle five must beat front three, or the whole hand fouls.
Royalties
Big rows pay extra points; a queens-or-better front row is the classic target.
Fantasyland
Queens or better up front earns thirteen cards at once, all hidden, on the next hand.
Scoop Bonus
Take all three rows in one hand and you collect the scoop on top of royalties.

GAME TRANSPARENCY
Open Face Chinese Poker: Key Facts
Open Face Chinese Poker is a point-scoring game, not a house-edge slot — your result depends on hand decisions and how your three rows compare against opponents. There is no fixed RTP in the traditional sense. Points are exchanged directly between players, which means skill and row-building strategy drive outcomes far more than variance.
The game is available on desktop and mobile at WG8 App, and players in Barishal access it just as quickly as anyone on a laptop.

Game Type
Player-versus-player point-scoring card game. No house edge applied to individual hands — rows are compared directly between each player at showdown.
Volatility Profile
Moderate to high. A single Fantasyland round or a fouled hand can swing several units at once, making session swings larger than in standard poker formats.
Supported Devices
Fully playable on Android and iOS browsers without a download. The card drag-and-place interface scales cleanly to smaller screens for mobile sessions.
Access Region
Available to eligible adults in supported Bangladesh regions. Must be 18 or older to play.

FAIR PLAY SIGNALS
WG8 App Open Face Poker Fairness
Open Face Chinese Poker at WG8 App runs on a certified random card distribution system — each card drawn from the deck is independent of previous draws and of any other player's hand. Point calculations, including royalties and Fantasyland bonuses, are applied automatically by the system and visible in your hand summary at showdown.
Stake limits and game rules are published before each session starts so you know exactly what you're sitting down to.

Card Distribution
Each draw is generated independently. No card can appear twice in one deal, and distribution is certified to prevent any predictable sequence across hands.
Royalty Calculation
Royalty points for premium hands — three-of-a-kind on top, straights or better in middle, and quads or better in back — are calculated automatically and shown at showdown.
Foul Detection
The system checks row rank order at submission. If your back hand ranks lower than your middle, or your middle lower than your top, the hand is marked fouled automatically.
Stake Limits and Rules
Point values and unit stakes are displayed in the lobby before you join a table. Rules covering Fantasyland entry conditions and scoop bonuses are listed in the game info panel.
TERMS DECODED
Explore Open Face Chinese Poker Terms
Open Face Chinese Poker has its own vocabulary, and some of these words carry real money. Set a hand the wrong way and you foul; make queens or better up front and you head to Fantasyland. Our glossary covers the terms you meet at a WG8 App table, from royalties to scoop, in plain English. Read them once and your first hand will make sense.
- What is a foul in Open Face Chinese Poker?
- A foul is a hand set out of order — front outranking middle, or middle outranking back. It loses all three lines and pays all royalties owed to the opponent.Example: Example: you place trip kings in the front and pair aces in the middle; that is a foul.
- What does Fantasyland mean in Open Face Chinese Poker?
- Fantasyland is the bonus round you reach by making queens or better in the front line. Next hand you receive all 13 cards at once and set them blind.Example: Example: a pair of queens in the front qualifies; a jack-high front does not.
- What are royalties in Open Face Chinese Poker?
- Royalties are bonus points for premium lines — trips in the middle, quads in the back, a pair of aces up front. They are added to the points you win at showdown.Example: Example: four of a kind in the back adds several points to your total.
- What is a scoop in Chinese poker?
- A scoop is winning all three lines against the same opponent in one showdown. Most house rules pay a fixed scoop bonus, usually three extra points on top of the line wins.Example: Example: win front, middle and back against one rival and the bonus applies.
- What is Pineapple Open Face Chinese Poker?
- Pineapple is the faster version where you get three cards each round and discard one before setting. That extra choice makes hand planning harder and swings bigger.
TABLE QUESTIONS
Ask WG8 App About Open Face Chinese Poker
Most of the table runs on fixed rules; the decisions are yours. You choose where each card goes, and that one choice decides whether you scoop or foul. At WG8 App tables the deal is face-up, so you can read every opponent's line before you place your last card. Here are the questions Bangladeshi players ask us most.
How does a round of Open Face Chinese Poker run?
Everyone gets 13 cards in four deals — five, then three, three and two. You place each card face-up as it arrives, then compare all three lines at showdown.
What decides the winner in Open Face Chinese Poker?
Each line scores separately: front against front, middle against middle, back against back. Points and royalties are added, and a scoop pays a bonus on top.
Why do some hands lose before showdown?
Because they foul. If the front ends up stronger than the middle, or the middle stronger than the back, the hand is dead and you pay the royalty count.
What stakes can I play Open Face Chinese Poker for?
Tables run from BDT 20 to BDT 2,000 per point, heads-up or three-handed. Small points suit beginners; the higher steps reward players who plan Fantasyland early.
Does Open Face Chinese Poker work on a phone?
Yes. The table sits in portrait: tap a card, then tap the line you want. Your half-set hand stays on screen if a call interrupts you.
Can I practise before playing for Taka?
Free play tables use the same deal and scoring, so you can learn the foul rule and royalties without risking money. Move to cash tables when the set order feels natural.
